Josef heimerl | technician manager

Our technician manager, Josef Heimerl moved to Birmingham, AL with his family in 2021 after a successful run managing our Annapolis, Maryland office where he began his career with Weed Man as a technician. Recognizing his obvious talent and aptitude for customer service Josef quickly advanced to the Senior Technician, and then Technician Manager. Holding a history degree from DeSales University, Joe came to Weed Man looking for a career opportunity that would help him set down roots and build a future. Additionally, he’s a graduate of the University of Georgia turfgrass management program.

Not one to be satisfied with the status quo, Josef is constantly working hard to improve his team in Birmingham daily, developing new talent, and working to bring the best service possible to our customers.

Alexis Busenlehner is the Sales Manager of Weed Man Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Alexis has a strong career background in customer service and sales. Beginning her career in 2022, Alexis was responsible for the tremendous growth that Weed Man experienced in its first year in business. Alexis brings a tremendous desire to satisfy our customers and to improve the lives of her teammates at Weed Man.
